BAPPs Juneteenth Extravaganza

The BAPPs Extravaganza will include one of the most beloved Black cultural celebrations, a family friendly block party, where guests will be able to visit local vendor tables, dance to live music, and watch live performances. There will be a Black Story Time segment where kids of all ages will be given the chance to get on stage and act out some of the most influential and cherished Black stories such as Anansi the Spider, Hair Love, and Black is a Rainbow Color.

Then in the evening, our 21+ guests will be invited to partake in the main extravaganza. Several local and out of town artists will take the stage to put on a truly unique telling of the story of Juneteenth and the impact it has had on numerous communities. No one performance will be like another. We have even included an Affirmation of Allies portion to showcase some of our valued and visible allies. BAPPs is the Juneteenth celebration we have all been waiting for.
