THE HAYMARKETCome and join Basingstoke Amateur Operatic Society to celebrate one hundred years of musical theatre.
The cast of soloists, ensemble and live orchestra, plus the members of BAOS Limelight’s youth cast, will take you on a journey from the group’s origins in Gilbert & Sullivan operetta (The Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado), through to the finest of musical theatre (West Side Story, Carousel).
In Act 2, BAOS Limelight looks back on its own 10-year history, before BAOS revisit their more recent highlights: from Jesus Christ Superstar and Hairspray, to Made in Dagenham and Kinky Boots. The performance will also give previews to future shows.
In short, there is something for every kind of musical lover out there!
