Steve and Jamie are two college-aged adults just trying to make it at their jobs day by day. When Steve reveals he needs to have a procedure done, they pick up extra hours just to be fired the next day due to a run-in with Steve’s girlfriend. To make money, they apply to different jobs but bomb the interviews and accidentally commit one crime after another just to cover up the prior one, while Jamie tries to win the heart of a reluctant officer and Steve escapes an obsessed and lovestruck girl.
