All interested students must complete their application before the final submission deadline on April 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM. Late entries will not be considered, as the system will automatically close to prepare for the regional logistics. Participants are advised to ensure all academic and contact information provided during registration is accurate to facilitate communication regarding regional venue assignments and examination schedules.
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
The competition is specifically designed for students under 20 to ensure compliance with international Olympiad standards. Eligibility is extended to students currently enrolled in the following programs:
* General Education & English Medium: Students in Grade 12, HSC 2026 candidates, or A-Level (A2) programs.
* Madrasah Education: Students enrolled in Alim programs.
* Technical Education: Students currently studying in Polytechnic Institutes up to the 4th Semester.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞
The journey begins with Regional Rounds, which are tentatively scheduled for the 3rd week of April 2026. These regional events will be hosted in four major hubs: Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, and Khulna. Successful candidates from these regions will advance to the National Round, expected to take place in the 1st week of May 2026. Following the national finals, a specialized selection camp will be organized to finalize the national team that will compete on the international stage.
𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀
The competition offers two different tracks, so students can choose what fits them best.
* 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇 - For students up to SSC 2026 (Equivalent). It focuses on basic understanding—things like AI concepts, history, and general awareness. There’s no registration fee for this category.
* 𝗔𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 - For those who want a bit more challenge. Students up to HSC, A2, or Alim 2026, as well as Polytechnic students in their 4th semester, can join this category. It requires a registration fee of 100 BDT and focuses on hands-on problem solving. Participants will work on real-world challenges in Machine Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision using Kaggle.
𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐲𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐬
Candidates are required to demonstrate proficiency in Python and a strong grasp of AI fundamentals such as natural language processing and model development. All prospective participants are strongly encouraged to visit the website at bdaio.org/syllabus to review the syllabus.
