Hello, beady friends!
The Intergalactic Bead Show has invited me to teach some classes at the Cincinnati bead show this year and you all are invited!
During the bead show, starting at noon, we will be meeting just outside the show in the lobby for a beadweaving class where I'll teach you to make my original design, the Banded Arrow Bracelet. It is an embellish right-angle-weave stitch and suitable for intermediate beaders or determined beginners.
The class fee is $20 and payable on the day of the show. I will provide you with in-person instruction as well as a detailed printed pattern to take home (I am also happy to email you a digital copy if that is your preference). I will have multiple samples and examples of how bead choice and small tweaks can affect the look of the bracelet and we're gonna have a great time beading together.
Materials are not included, so be sure to email me at [email protected] to sign up so I can provide you with a materials list (including specific colors for my samples) so you can either bring supplies with you or make a detailed shopping list for the bead show. It opens at ten, so you can always arrive early and buy your materials from the bead show on the day of the class.
