Bandana Ecoprinting
About this Event
Bandana Ecoprinting: Botanical Dye Workshop
Gather · Steam · Wear
Play with real leaves and flowers on a cotton bandana, then steam it until the colors and textures leave their mark behind.
This hands-on botanical printing workshop in St. Louis is a slower, more tactile kind of creative session. You'll gather and arrange real leaves and flowers into your own composition, then steam the bandana until the plants transfer their color and shape onto the fabric. No dye or botanical experience needed, just curiosity and a Saturday morning free.
Led by Olga, a former plant cell biologist turned brand and creative workshop instructor, this eco-printing class blends real plant science with a slow, meditative making process. By the end, you'll have a one-of-a-kind bandana you can wear out the same day.
Perfect for a creative reset, a nature-lover's morning out, or a small group looking for a hands-on activity in Lafayette Square.
