The Annual Band Together Fundraiser for BC Children's Hospital returns to The Rickshaw Theatre on Saturday, January 17th for the Pink Floyd Edition! This years event features Vancouver bands performing the music of Pink Floyd. With performances from Brass Camel, Antonio Larosa, Space Queen, SPENDO, Nick & The Stone Gems!

BRASS CAMEL
Vancouver's Brass Camel is a rock band that defies labels, fusing deep-pocket funk, face-melting prog, and massive-harmony art rock. Their musicianship and work ethic have earned endorsements from Sabian, Rotosound UK, and Vater, and since releasing their debut album Brass in 2022 they’ve played over 150 shows, including four national Canadian tours, major festivals (Between the Peaks, Starbelly Jam, Wapiti), and stages like Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom, Vogue Theatre, and a Toronto headliner at the historic Longboat Hall. In 2024, their cover of Sabrina Carpenter’s Please Please Please on Musora’s Covers Challenge took off on YouTube, drawing over 700,000 views. Their sophomore album Camel (spring 2024) brought international press, reaction videos, and steady LP sales. While touring in 2025, the band recorded their third LP at Uxbridge's pastoral Chalet Studio with Kevin Comeau of Crown Lands co-producing. Mixed by the legendary Terry Brown (Rush, Hendrix, The Who, Blue Rodeo), the upcoming spring 2026 release marks a bold leap in songwriting, distilling Brass Camel’s road-forged sound into something entirely their own.

ANTONIO LAROSO
Antonio Larosa is a country-rock and roots artist whose music blends the grit of blues, the soul of vintage rock, and the storytelling of classic country. With a voice that channels the spirit of Elvis Presley and the emotional weight of Chris Stapleton, Larosa creates songs that are heartfelt, lived-in, and unapologetically honest. Raised in Vancouver, BC, Larosa was drawn to the music of Johnny Cash, The Allman Brothers, BB King, and Roy Orbison from a young age. His music reflects those roots: raw, rhythmic, and filled with sincerity, but filtered through his own lens and life experiences.

Nick Stone is an indie rock artist with a soulful twist, blending folk and indie rock with a hint of Western charm. Backing Nick are The Gems, a group made up of his dear friend and often co-writer Colton Legree on keys, John Andrew and Tanner Reid harmonizing on electric guitars, Thomas Riedl on drums, and Nate Fromson on bass.
