1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. It’s a sobering statistic. But it's one we have the power to change through education and access.
That’s why the BAMF Health team is committing to walking 108 miles during the month of September. We’re also calling on each of you—individually or as a group—to join us!
How to participate:
- Form a group: Gather your friends, colleagues, or family members and walk a combined total of 108 miles in September
- Walk solo: Go big and commit to walking all 108 miles yourself; it’s about 3.6 miles a day
- Join a BAMF community walk: we’re hosting three community walks to help you reach your goal. They begin and end at BAMF Health and will be approximately 3.3 miles. In the event of severe weather, we will cancel that day’s walk.
