Pleasure to invite you with family and friends for Saurabh Banaudha's flute concert on Saturday 22nd June24 at Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture Golpark Kolkata from 6 PM onwards.

Belonging to the eminent Varanasi Gharana Sh. Saurabh Banaudha is today one of the revered young flutist of India. Following the pious Guru Shisya parampara he has received his lessons of music from his father world-renowned flutist Late. Guru Pt. Niranjan Prasad and grandfather Late. Guru Pt. Bholanath Prasanna. He is also an able player of Mandolin and Tabla and has created many touching music compositions. Giving his first solo performance on Doordarshan at the tender age of 15 years he went on to become All India flute champion in year 2000 and today is an empanelled artist of Ministry of Culture taking the stride forward proudly associated and performing across including national broadcaster. He is best known for his skill full blowing and blending of laykari and tantrakari style of music. Carrying forward the tradition of Guru Shishya Parampara he imparts training to many followers and also runs an NGO ‘Niranjan Dhara’. Besides this he is also a software engineer currently working as DGM in NTPC Limited.

प्रसिद्ध वाराणसी घराने से संबन्धित श्री सौरभ बनौधा जी आज देश के स्थापित युवा बांसुरी वादकों में से एक हैं| पवित्र गुरु शिष्य परंपरा के रूप में इन्होने अपनी संगीत की शिक्षा अपने गुरु व पिता विश्वविख्यात बांसुरी वादक स्वर्गीय पंडित निरंजन प्रसाद जी व दादा गुरु जी पंडित भोलानाथ प्रसन्ना जी से ली| इन्होने मेंडोलिन व तबले की शिक्षा भी प्राप्त की है और संगीत की कई कर्णप्रिय रचनाएँ की हैं| मात्र 15 वर्ष की आयु में दूरदर्शन पर अपनी पहली एकल प्रस्तुति से लेकर वर्ष 2000 में अखिल भारतीय बांसुरी वादन प्रतियोगिता जीतने के साथ कदम बढ़ाते हुए आज ये टीवी/रेडियो आदि के साथ सलंग्न होने के साथ संस्कृति मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के मान्यता प्राप्त पैनल कलाकार है| इनकी विशेष पहचान इनकी बांसुरी की फूँक व वादन की तंत्रकारी व लयकारी रूप का सुंदर मिश्रण है| गुरु शिष्य परंपरा को आगे बढ़ाते हुए ये आज न केवल कई संगीत के साधकों का मार्गदर्शन करते हैं बल्कि ‘निरंजन धारा’ नाम से एक NGO का भी संचालन करते हैं| इसके अलावा वे एक सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर भी हैं और वर्तमान में एन. टी. पी. सी. में DGM के रूप में भी कार्यरत हैं |
