Upgrade your downhill ski poles this holiday season with your very own bamboo ski poles built on site by Booyah Bamboo and Bankstown Bike and Ski!
Bankstown is excited to be hosting this series of bamboo ski pole building pop-ups around Fairbanks with Booyah Bamboo!
Booyah has agreed to come all the way up to Fairbanks, AK to enjoy our local breweries , shred our local slopes, and build bamboo poles with us for YOU to buy and take home, for two weekends only!
Come By Hoodoo on Dec 22nd from 3 to 8 pm! Have a brew or two and walk away with your very own set of bamboo Ski Poles right before the holiday season!
With plenty of different lengths, and a whole rainbow of basket and grip colors to choose from, You're bound to find the right combination for yourself, or even the right selection to make a great gift for someone else this holiday season!
All ski poles will be built while you wait, on a first come first serve basis. All bamboo ski pole combinations (length, and basket and grip color variety) will be available on site while supplies last, so be sure to jump in line and get your poles quick before we run out! No tickets, no registration, and no holds - get them while they're hot!
A pair of Booyah Bamboo ski poles might just be raffled off at the end of the night, so stick around and win an extra pair to take home for a homie!
This pop up event is brought to you by Hoodoo Brewing, Bankstown Bike and Ski, your friendly home town community bike and ski shop, and Booyah Bamboo, based in Southern Utah and inspired by Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort and surrounding mountains in Idaho’s far north panhandle region.
Bankstown Bike and Ski is Alaska's Only retailer for Booyah Bamboo's handmade bamboo ski and trekking poles, and collaborations like this don't happen often, so don't miss this opportunity to upgrade your ski poles this season!
