BAM! MAMA Moves – Outdoor Mama & Me Workout + Fellowship Hey mamas — it’s time to get moving, connect, and embrace the beautiful chaos of mom-life together! 💕
What to Expect:
💪 A fun, outdoor, stroller + kid-friendly workout (all fitness levels welcome).
👶 Littles are encouraged to join in, play nearby, or ride along in strollers.
☀️ Fresh air, movement, and mama fellowship.
🤝 Time to connect, laugh, and brainstorm future mom events (coffee chats, playdates, nights out).
What to Bring:
Stroller (optional)
Blanket/mat for cool down
Water + snacks for you and your little(s)
Comfortable clothes/shoes
Your amazing mama energy! ✨
