Every season, we gather for an expanded ritual and practice space—designed to guide us through a full arc of embodiment, clarity, unbinding, and reimagining. These are immersive experiences that go beyond the monthly Happy Hour gatherings to deepen your leadership, creativity, and ancestral connection.

OCTOBER 2025: BODY — Reclaiming the Ancestral Body

We begin by returning to the body as the original archive — a living vessel of memory, lineage, and wisdom. Through movement, somatic mapping, and vocal activation, we awaken ancestral presence in the bones, reconnect with the heart, and reclaim our embodied knowing.
