Baltimore St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival 2025

The Baltimore St. Patrick Parade is a celebrated annual event that showcases Irish culture through music, dance, and community festivities. In 2025, the parade will be held on Sunday, March 16. It's been a fun Baltimore tradition for over 65 years! 

Join the crowd lining the streets to cheer on our band and many other talented groups celebrating Irish culture. The Parade begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Washington Monument, proceeds south on Charles Street, and continues east on Pratt Street to Market Place.

Event Schedule:

• 12:00 AM EDT: Parking restrictions commence.
• 10:45 AM EDT: Parade Day Mass at the Basilica of the Assumption.
• 1:00 PM EDT: Shamrock 5K Race begins.
• 2:00 PM EDT: Parade steps off.

Parade Route:

• Starting Point: Washington Monument, 699 North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
• Route: Proceeds south on Charles Street, then east on Pratt Street, concluding at Market Place.

Additional Information:

• Shamrock 5K Race: Participants are encouraged to register in advance. The race follows a route similar to the parade, starting at 1:00 PM EDT.
• Mass Attendance: The official Parade Day Mass is open to all and will be held at the historic Basilica of the Assumption.
• Parking and Transportation: Due to early parking restrictions and anticipated traffic congestion, attendees are advised to arrive downtown well before the 1:00 PM race start to secure parking and optimal viewing spots.
