Welcome to the next chapter of the Ballymaloe Grainstore Food Sessions — a series of one-off pop-up dining experiences celebrating the people behind exceptional food, from chefs and producers to growers and makers, alongside good company and memorable evenings in the warmth of the Grainstore.

For Chapter Two, we welcome Almost Anywhere, a hospitality collective creating seasonal feasts inspired by food, culture and the arts.

Not your average supper...

Founded by Ballymaloe Cookery School graduate Tom Hayes following time in London and Copenhagen, Almost Anywhere is grounded in a deep reverence for the land. Their journey has taken them from forests and coastal cliffs to farmhouses across France, Italy and Utah — always with a commitment to letting the finest seasonal ingredients speak for themselves.

Expect generous sharing plates showcasing regenerative and organic produce, carefully chosen wines and a lively atmosphere where conversation, music and food come together.

An evening celebrating seasonality, craftsmanship, and the people behind exceptional food — from the growers and producers to the chefs who bring each dish to life. Join us around the table for a memorable evening of shared plates, selected wines, great company and guest DJ Carl d'Alton spinning his signature selection of jazzy vinyl throughout the night.
