Ireland’s Premier Food Festival
The Ballymaloe Festival of Food is a celebration of exceptional cuisine, from the soil and sea to your plate. This exciting weekend includes cookery demonstrations, talks, workshops, and guided tours, bringing together food lovers, industry experts, and world-class chefs.
Following a fantastic 2024 event, we look forward to another incredible weekend in 2025. Recorded cookery demonstrations from 2024 will be released on our YouTube channel as we countdown to the festival.
The full festival schedule will be available in March.
A Delicious Weekend
This three-day festival is packed with activities for food and sustainability enthusiasts. The event celebrates everyone in the supply chain, from those who grow quality ingredients to the chefs who create exceptional dishes.

Live cookery demonstrations from leading chefs
Drinks Theatre talks with industry experts
Workshops and discussions on food, sustainability, and cooking techniques
Farm and garden tours offering insights into food production
Dining experiences showcasing the best of local and seasonal ingredients

Weekend pass: €65
Entry tickets include access to all cooking demonstrations, Drinks Theatre talks, and most guided tours. Some workshops and dining experiences are ticketed separately.
Free on-site parking is available, and a free shuttle bus will run from Midleton Train Station and Ballycotton to Ballymaloe.

Friday 16th May: 4:30pm – late
Saturday 17th May: 9:30am – late
Sunday 18th May: 9:30am – 5pm
