Ballet III/IV +Pointe(Fall 22)

Join Dance Project for a Ballet class perfect for intermediate/advanced dancers. Students will work on complex movement phrases and spatial patterns. Some focuses for class include bodily awareness, alignment, movement efficiency, weight shifting, and expansion of ballet technique.

The last 30 minutes of class 7:30-8:00pm is allotted for Pointe work. Dancers not wearing pointe shoes are invited to stay to work on conditioning and building strength. *DP instructor recommendation is required for dancers to begin pointe work*

Adults 18+ may drop-in to class by purchasing this ticket. Teens 13-18 must register for the 15 week semester here.

Class is taught by Carrie Plew.

All Dance Project classes occur on the 3rd floor of the Greensboro Cultural Center.
