An introduction to ballet with good food, connection, and reflectionJoin Christina for an afternoon of movement, delicious food from Jay Ross, and connection with each other. Fall in love with a new style of dance this Valentine’s Day!
We’ll begin by getting to know one another with introductions and guided reflection, then dive into the foundational elements of ballet—exploring foot, arm, leg, and head positioning in an accessible way. After more guided reflection, we’ll move across the floor and learn a short, playful routine. We’ll close the day by slowing down together and debriefing over a delicious spread with Jay Ross, featuring crudité with green goddess dressing, a beet-cured lox board, and pavlova (menu subject to change based on allergies).
