Ballet for Adults

Each class begins with a warmup to introduce basic ballet moves at the barre, followed by center of the room exercises to build technique and confidence. Then, you'll learn a short choreography that we’ll refine over three weeks, giving you time to feel comfortable and confident. No experience needed, wear leggings that are comfortable! Ballet shoes are not required, socks or bare feet would be ok too.
