ABOUT:
The Hi-Lo Hustle is simple: each team consists of 2 guys and 2 girls; no more, no less. In pool play, one set is played on a men's height net (Regular Co-Ed) and one set is played on a women's height net (reverse Co-Ed). For the men's height net, any player may attack the ball from the front row. On the women's height net, only women can attack from the front row.
