Get your toes tapping, your arms swinging and beat along to the rhythm in this entertaining take on music fitness! Sit or stand while using an exercise ball and drum sticks to tap along to fun music, reach for the sky, pound the floor, and beat a quiet, low resistance, bouncy drum (ball). No experience or musical skills needed. Balls & sticks available to use at class. The last class left wanted MORE - join them to find out why and learn to do ball drumming at home with the family to get fit, have fun or just get the wiggles out! For adults, kids, families... everyone! Bring a water bottle.
