Situated in the lush tropical mountains of Ubud Bali, the ecoresort where we hold the retreat is the perfect sanctuary for reconnection.
We stay in beautiful (and air conditioned) Balinese cottages, which can be shared or private. Each day of the retreat we enter the shala, perched on the edge of the forest, to open our minds and hearts by practicing meditation, breathwork, journaling and yoga.
To enrich your experience, I share daily science-based wellness talks such as The Science of Happiness and Mindset for Success, where we discuss practical tips to help you live your best life everyday.
We connect to ourselves and to each other by sharing our stories and together enjoying wholesome, delicious meals both at the restaurant onsite and in special offsite locations.
We also connect to the magic of the place, sipping on coconuts, exploring ancient waterfall temples, unwinding with Balinese massages and relaxing by the pool in the sunshine. It's such a deluxe experience!
