We know as women we want to feel visible and expressed at every age and stage of life. Living the second half of life is often a time of change and self-reflection exploring the questions commonly asked -What’s next? Who am I? What do I want? Experiencing a retreat in beautiful Bali is a perfect way to dedicate time to yourself discovering more of who you are at midlife & beyond with a great group of like-minded women.
Take a break away from the demands of your busy life to enjoy art-making (NO art experience required), meditate, journal, practise simple yoga, and engage in cultural experiences. A week to feel nurtured and free from decision-making. Time just for you.
