All workshops will work on connection and basic steps, but the basics will differ. In Balboa, there are three main basic steps...
Workshop 1:
*Delayed time* rhythm with fun moves to get you dancing to the music! Close embrace is great for the cold weather.
Workshop 2:
*Single time* rhythm with turning and spinning, great fun in close and open positions.
Workshop 3:
Single time rhythm - *"Out and In"*. Movement around the floor and working on tension and compression.
