🎻
Level descriptions:
Level 2: Can complete downholds, upholds, lollie kicks, out and ins, and come arounds. You have been practicing these enough that they feel familiar, if not entirely comfortable. You are excited about dancing balboa socially even if you’re not ready to experiment outside of class content.
Level 3: All requirements of level 2 feel comfortable and familiar enough that you improvise outside of structures you’ve learned in classes, you feel comfortable exploring styling and experimentation on your own. You are familiar with concepts like stretch and release, forward intention, etc. and can apply them in your social dances.
If you're unsure about which level to select, sign up at the link in "discussion" for a quick level check between 9:45-10AM with Angel and Chisomo. Dancers will be tested two at a time, so sign up with a partner or alone and we'll pair you with someone! If you're signing up with a specific partner, both partners need to be being tested.
