This is week 1 of our new term - starts every 4 weeks.
Anyone can join us from 6.30pm for beginners/introductory class where we will teach you the fundamentals as well as work through body awareness and quality of movement.
From 7.30, you can join our explorers class where the level is catered to attendees and more concepts are explored and our focus is on smoothing those edges and making it more fun and creative.
$15 at the door and concessional rates available.
