This Fall Weekly Series is scheduled September 8 - November 10 on Mondays 10:30a, with additional weekend Medical Qi Gong workshops.
This class blends Qigong, the ancient practice of cultivating life force energy, with the flowing movements of Tai Chi, often called “meditation in motion.” Together, they create a practice that is gentle yet deeply powerful.
Balancing energy is the art of learning to direct and renew your life force (qi) instead of letting stress, fatigue, or emotions drain it. Through slow, mindful Qigong and Tai Chi movements, you become more aware of how energy flows through the body, and how to cultivate it with intention. Rather than pushing or exhausting yourself, you learn to build calm, sustainable vitality that supports every stage of life.
Join Ashima in our welcoming space to explore this gentle moving meditation. Whether you’re practicing for energy balance, or looking for a new way to stay active, you’ll leave class feeling calm and centered. No experience needed, just a little curiosity and an open heart. All ages welcome.

About the Teacher: Ashima is an author and a teacher certified in Medical Qigong, Tai Chi, Daoist Geomancy, Mindfulness, and Yoga. She is also an energy healer and spiritual coach, known for bridging ancient wisdom with modern life to help people manage stress, build resilience, and find balance.
She is the author of 108 Blessings: Alchemy for the Mind, Body, and Soul, available worldwide, and is currently preparing to publish her next book about the goddess within. Ashima also leads women’s retreats internationally and, alongside her husband, she hosts immersive journeys of movement, ritual, and transformation.

Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the event to set up. We will start with tea and meet at greet, and will lock the doors once the experience begins. No refunds for missed reservations.
