#BalanceYourCrown : Mommy & Me

"Balance Your Crown" started as a mantra for St. Luke Legacy Center's Co-Founder Korinn Y. Carter to always remember to keep her head up and remember WHO'S she belonged to, what she's here to do, and how to take care of herself along the way.... That was 2015.

We hosted the first Balance Your Crown event in March 2019 where we created a safe space for women to have a moment to breathe, take their crowns off without judgment, and get support, insight, and strength from other women who were trying to find balance too.

For our first event of 2023, we're doing something we've never done before! A Mommy and Me event for moms and their kids to start off the year with a little art therapy. Nesha from Pretty Magic Maid and her daughters will host a hands-on art workshop to create affirmation boxes! This strategy has helped her and her daughters find balance, and is one of their favorite self care tools.

Admission for kids are FREE and moms are $11.11 which include all of the materials you need to create your affirmation boxes, snacks, and wine!
