Balanced Yin Yoga is a new monthly 60-minute yoga session held at Finnbrit.Dress comfortably, let go of daily tension, and begin your journey toward harmony, balance and holistic well-being.

Please arrive at least 5-10min before class. Doors are open from 15min before the class, and we will start sharply at 18.15h.
