There are so many parts to a backbend that can help it feel balanced. The back is most likely not the issue! Let’s look at the ankles, quads, glutes, abdominals, chest, shoulders, wrists and the neck to see where you may be stuck. This workshop will break down all the components of the backbend so you will walk away knowing what you can work on to improve and maybe even love backbending!
