In this workshop we will tackle several different topics.
Reflective part with discussions 🧐
1) Coping strategies: what is coping? what are different ways of coping?
2) Priority sorting: how do I find balance? which to dos are more urgent than others?
Action based part 🔧
3) Selfcare toolbox: create a selfcare plan to take home

Everyone is welcome Tuesday the 29th of April in the GreenHub from 6PM to 8PM respectively. We will provide some food and drinks as well. 🍴
