Your senses will be enlivened in this rejuvenating gentle yoga practice.Experience the energy centers in your body called Chakra's. Using the yoga poses, breathwork, visualizations, sound, and color you will walk out of class having a feeling for the chakra of the week.
Be lead through a process of clearing, activating, and cleansing these areas that will leave you feeling restored and energized.
In yoga, the life force energy (prana) travels through the subtle body in a series of channels, called "nadis". These nadis intersect at points of intensified energy, called "chakras." A Sanskrit word for "wheel," chakras are spinning vortexes of energy in the subtle body that correspond to various glands along the spine and inside the skull.
