Balance Togetherness Love ~ Sound Healing Journey

Dear Friends, Beautiful Humans, and Bright Lights ~

Although we may look around at the world and see uncertainty, the need for fair systems, the need for deep healing on many levels, experience upset, and more; we also have the energy of love, beauty, balance, connection, and harmony all around us.

That is what the New Moon in Libra, ruled by Venus (planet of love and connection), brings us more of now. And truly, if such is where we focus our attention and energy, we will continue to see more every day. Not only will we see more, but this is also how we cultivate and create more.

Togetherness is written into the very fabric of life. Our highest potential for growth, love, and becoming the greatest version of ourselves (individually and collectively) spiral around togetherness. In fact, pretty much everything is about relationship...to yourself, and ALL that IS. We see this from the microcosm to the macrocosm, in the natural rhythms of nature on our amazing Mother Earth, far out into the cosmos.

Are your relationships in harmony? Are you in right relationship? The concept of “right relationship” is a way of talking about living in a sustainable, loving way with all living beings.

How can we begin to develop greater balance and harmony?

In any situation, in every daily experience, you can simply start to ask yourself, is this harmony or discordance? Fear or love? Possibility or judgment? Old habits or conscious choices now?

Notice what and how you are thinking and feeling. Can you pause... to reframe your thought, rewire perspective, and bring yourself to the present moment and ponder ~ What would it look like and what might be your experience if you consciously choose to come from love and possibility?

What do you mirror out into the world?

What are you a reflection of...?

Are your filters of reflection clean and clear?

Do you work toward and desire expanded perspective?

A meaningful life?

Or do your beliefs limit you, and the experiences you have with others?

TOGETHER, we are BREAKING OLD CYCLES so that we can BEGIN IN A NEW WAY. The patterns of old wounds, fear, unhealthy power, and harmful dynamics are not sustainable nor tolerable anymore.

Today, being the first day of the rest of our lives, we can begin again with the wisdom gained from what old patterns have shown us. Are you just sitting around complaining and pointing fingers, or are you taking action to nurture your needs, being responsible for your well being, and representing your unique expression of truth, Divinity, and goodness?

Your life will change and align with each new choice you make. Guaranteed.

On a different level, we now can (and are being called to) consciously participate in new ways of showing up in life. Together we can choose to be love in right action, to meet ourselves and others with honesty, healthy empowerment, and participate in ways that honor sovereignty, freedom, truth, and love.

YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US ON MONDAY, October 20th, at Vali Soul Sanctuary, for a deeply immersive sound healing journey to deepen understanding, bring balance, increase connection, and nourish love.

We will start with discussion on our topic and transition into our transcending Sound Healing Journey. Sharing and participation may be before or after Sound Healing. Each gathering is unique to those that attend. Expect simply to flow in this sacred ceremony.

WHAT TO BRING:

***BRING LOTS OF CUSHION*** pillows, blankets, camping mat/yoga mat. Don't be shy... People bring bags/bins full. You want to prepare a comfortable space for yourself.

If you have lower back troubles, it is suggested to also bringing a pillow or bolster to place under your knees.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect.

Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

Vali Soul Sanctuary is next to a lake. You will pull onto private property via a dirt road, and see plenty of parking. Please walk toward house along the sidewalk of flowers, plants, and trees.

Walk through archway made of rock until you come to a sitting area with fire pit. Entrance to sanctuary is on your left. You will see other people so follow them!
