Join us for our Balance Skylight Yoga class, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. My studio features lots of skylights, allowing you to practice under the sun and stars. Perfect for those looking to improve their yoga practice and overall well-being. Deep stretching. Hi my name is Kim. I’m I certified 200 yoga instructor, with Red Cross Standard First Aid training. I am working on getting my 500 hour certification. I have also completed 20 hours in Yin and 30 hours in Restorative yoga. I found that I don’t care for Restorative yoga. The reason I started this journey into yoga was because I have always been active and worked out, but my body started working against me. I would work out for an hour a day and count calories/ change the types of foods I was eating. Try diet after diet while still working out. Still no change in how I was feeling or looking. Walking was my best exercise until my feet said no! Blisters from only going short distances. I had running shoes fitted at several places and spent way too much money on running shoes, that I couldn’t even wear. I was ready to give up when a dear friend invited me to join her at a yoga studio. My first thought was,”What, I need to sweat, not lay on a yoga mat! “ Boy was I wrong. My body and feet didn’t didn’t complain as much as me. ? People started to see a difference and when I finally noticed, I was hooked. Basically yoga saved me. So this is my journey and I’d like to pass it into others. I’m offering FREE YOGA My goal is to teach yoga in Mexico, and spend some of the cold winters there. I’m also learning Spanish, but it is a slow process. If I can help someone feel better, move a little further, or even start a journey of their own, that would be so amazing.
