Improve your balance at our fun weekly one-hour class. We focus on stretching, balance and tai chi exercises, and some functional physiology. Balance Class meets on Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in Fellowship Hall. Dress in comfortable clothes. No sign-up needed. A $5 donation is recommended, which will be directed to LiveMoves Mountain View, one of Foothills' community agency Focus Partners.
No Balance Class on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
