Bal Étoile at Jamboree

Balfolk is a tradition of music and dance from across western Europe, particularly France and Scandinavia. There are a range of dances, some in couples, some in chains, some in circles, some in other formations. It's very welcoming and easy to start, so come along and you'll pick it up in no time.
The nights start at 7:30 pm with a live music session (so bring instruments if you wish), with a dance workshop following around 8:00 pm. From 8:45 pm we then dance and play for as long as we like – finishing the night with recorded music to wind us down.
Entry is free but please do buy a drink or two, Jamboree have a great selection.
Note that this month we'll be dancing on the 3rd Wednesday rather than the 2nd Wednesday.
