Bal Lab proudly presents Bal Lab's Pre-CalBal Bal Lab with Bal-Pals on your Bal!
This is a special feedback session with Bal-Pals Sarah Stembridge and Kelly Young (and maybe more!) on your balboa in preperation for CalBal.
The format: dance one song at a time, rotating partners during the song, while the Bal-Pals observe. At the end of each song, we will check in with the Bal-Pals and receive feedback on what they observed. Depending on the feedback, we might run a quick drill to practice, or we'll go to the next song and repeat the feedback cycle.
Don't miss this opportunity to get direct feedback from seasoned dancers, to clean up your balboa basics, improve your flow and connection, and to ask questions!
After the lab, come socialize with the other attendees and the Bal-Pals over pizza! We will meet at Rosatis off of Mission Gorge Rd to eat, drink, and hangout.
The most amazing part of this event is that our Bal-Pals are giving back to the community and doing this at no charge! So the cost is the same as any other Bal Lab: $10 floor fee per person.
If you plan to come to the pizza party (which you should), pay an additional $8 to cover the cost of the pizza (please buy your own drinks at their full bar)
