Third year in a row?! Is this becoming a tradition or what??!! Yes. But this year, we are going theme-pah-tej! AND... with a budget! (Yes, we are going wild with this one.)
DÅ entertainment and West Coast Jitterbugs invites you to step back in time with a spine-tingling, timetravelling night where the thrills of swing meets the eerie world of 1940's horror! Two awesome livebands from the 40's have stepped through time just this night to serve spooky swing tunes that will be charming you to purgatory. The barghoul has prepped chilling cocktails that will rattle your bones. As per usual somebody may have baked or cooked something, but bring your private food taster since it might be poisoned!
Get ready for a night of haunting melodies and dance moves that will have you grinning from ear to ear—even if you're undead. Will you survive the night with your swivells intact, or will you be caught in the terrifying rhythms of the dance floor in a never ending lollie?
Now what about the bands?!
The Western Toneflyers + guests: A band that mixes american and swedish 40's swing and schlagers to create their own interpretation of how swingmusic actually sounded live on a swedish dansbana and on the original shellacks back in the 40's.

Classes?? Wait a scary minute, this is Balbooaah! The most sinister of events. We aim to leave the craziness to the teachers. They will decide what they will be sharing so let your souls be offered up to Anni and Gašper also Elias and Marta. There will be two 90 minute classes on Saturday and if you dodged the endless lollie saturday night and are still breathing and hungry for more, you have two further 90 minute classes on Sunday.
Prices:
Party only - 250 sek.
Party + classes - 1200 sek.
Classes only - 1000 sek.
Registration: If you want to participate in both classes and party - choose workshop. Later on in the process you will choose if you only want to do the workshop or do both party and workshop. If you end up on the waitinglist and eventually don't get a spot at the workshop, make a new registration for party only. Registrations will be handled as soon as "Thing" gets his hand out of...
