Hey all, Oscar and I will be teaching some more Bal-A-Vis-X courses in Ann Arbor in 2026. Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of rhythmic exercises that enhsnce BALance, Auditory, and VISion, using sandbags and racquetballs. These exercises regulste the nervous system and improve executive function skillls. Great for people from 3 to 103!
Please share with anyone you kniw who might be interested!
So far we are scheduled for January 17/18, March 7/8, and July 24/25. We will also have a November training, but can’t pick the dates until U of M sets their football schedule!
