Baklava

Description: Equal parts elegant and rustic, Baklava is the unpretentious showstopper to serve at your next gathering. Whether made traditionally or with a modern twist, this crowd-pleasing dessert is a labor of love worth doing.

What You’ll Learn: Together we’ll make a traditional Baklava full of nuts and rich spices, then try a modern twist by testing a Chocolate and Sour Cherry version. You’ll get to put your new layering, filling, and scoring skills to the test by making your own mini Baklava!

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
