Learn to bake bread, cinnamon rolls, and biscuits with Baker Joe at Flory's Café and Market at Island Hill Farm for $69+HST per person.Classes are 2.5 hours long.
Saturdays or Sundays at 9am.
Class size is limited to minimum two to maximum four people, but groups of six can be accommodated with advance notice.
All participants will leave with a loaf of bread, half a dozen cinnamon rolls, and half a dozen biscuits.
Children 8 and up are welcome, but those under 15 must have an adult accompany them.
Friday classes at 1pm also available.
