Baking Bread Made EasySat, Jan 31 | 10am – 2pm
Instructor: Lee Fernandez
Make and bake your own loaf from scratch to take home! Choose from Honey Wheat Oatmeal or an Italian loaf with roasted garlic and Italian herbs as Brimfield Farmers’ Market Baker Lee shares and demonstrates techniques for making delicious yeast breads. The process is easier than you think! Lee will also share and demonstrate recipes for market favorites such as her scones and muffins.
What you need to bring:
· A stand mixer like a KitchenAid or similar with a bread hook
· Notebook
· Standard bread pan (8.5"x 5")
· Large bowl for your bread to rise in (10" diameter or more if possible)
· Measuring spoons and cups (1 and 2 cup size if possible)
· Rubber spatula
