Join Swamp Head Brewery and Voltaire Bakery on Tuesday, October 14th for another delicious beer pairing!Swamp Head and Voltaire teamed up to create a delicious flight of beers paired with four different savory and sweet pastries. Starting at 5 pm on 10/14 at Swamp Head Brewery, you'll be able to purchase a preset flight at the bar, and Voltaire will have a table set up in the tasting room where you can purchase your food flight.

Cherry Tomato & White Cheddar Croissant
-Flaky, buttery croissant topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and sharp white cheddar for a bright, savory bite.

Caramelized Onion & Mushroom with Parmesan Croissant
-Golden croissant layered with sweet caramelized onions, earthy mushrooms finished with salty, sweet parmesan snow.
-Paired with: Oktoberfest | German-Style Marzen | 5%
Potato, Jalapeño & Gruyere Focaccia
-Pillowy focaccia baked with roasted potatoes, tangy pickled jalapeños, melty Gruyere, garlic oil and fresh herbs.
-Paired with: Big Nose | IPA | 7.3%
Date Toffee Cake with Whiskey Glaze
-Moist date-sweetened toffee cake with a boozy whiskey glaze.
