About this Event

Heidi will share her grandmother's foolproof lefse recipe, along with tips and tricks to make the process easy and fun. There will be plenty of lefse to sample in the class, plus some to take home.

This is a hands-on class. So please bring an apron and something to hold your hair back while baking. Norway House aprons and bandanas will be available for sale.

Please be certain that you are registering for the date and time that you want. Norway House does not give refunds.

If you are trying to coordinate a large group, the best strategy is for one person to buy the tickets for the entire group so everyone is in the same class. This avoids people registering for the wrong class or waiting too long to register and finding the class closed.

SPECIAL BONUS to this class. Visitors from Norway Sjur and Bjørn Erik (pictured below with Norway House team member Alex) will tell you about Norway's oldest cheese, pultost, sometimes called "Viking cheese." It pairs well with fresh lefse, an experience they look forward to sharing with you!
