🍅 This is a limited-capacity event. Once tickets are gone, they're gone.
One ticket = one baker. To keep the swap balanced and intimate, each attendee must purchase their own ticket. Guest tickets will not be available for this event.
💵 August Bake Club tickets are $15 per person (Venmo @emilycropsey once you are registered).
Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. Registering alone does not guarantee entry. If payment is not received, your ticket may be released to someone on the waitlist. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
No ticket = no bake, no entry.
Welcome to Bake Club Nashville — a community bake swap built for people who love to make, share, and leave with a box full of something new.
For our August event, we're gathering to celebrate ALL things Tomato. Think peak tomato season: juicy heirlooms, fresh herbs, flaky pastries, garden-inspired bakes, tomato jam, savory tarts, and all the best parts of late summer. There are plenty of ways to bring the theme to life—sweet or savory, literal or a little unexpected.
How it works
Bring a homemade baked good inspired by the theme, and leave with the same number of goodies you brought as an assortment of other bakers' creations. It's equal parts bake swap, creative showcase, and chance to meet fellow bakers and creatives here in Nashville.
How much to make
The bake options are endless—get creative!
- 1–3 dozen pastries (cookies, cupcakes, buns, bars, rolls, biscuits, scones, patisserie, etc.)
- 1 large cake (8–10")
- 1–2 loaves (sliced for sharing)
Your ticket fee includes
- Entry to Bake Club Nashville and helps cover venue costs
- Specialty beverages
- Bake Club supplies
A few notes
- Bring your own collection container—limited take-home boxes will be available.
- Homemade goods only—this is all about sharing what you love to make.
- Please arrive with your bake pre-cut, portioned, and ready for sharing/swapping (or bring the proper utensils if slicing onsite).
