No I’m not a professional baker but I’ve been making sourdough every week for 5 years and I want to share my process for those interested. This starter has borne several offspring so far, and it’s on a mission to spread gut health joy wherever it can!
In between folding and rising there’s time to get creative - a perfect combo in my opinion!
