In the Vedic tradition, Anahata Nada refers to the "unstruck sound." This is the eternal, silent cosmic vibration that is ever-existing, ever-lasting, and can be experienced within deep meditation.

The Music :

 With traditional Indian classical music at its core, the music creates space for inner silence, stillness and improvisation in the moment, ebbing the genre of World Music through the lens of Indian classical music. 

The evening would feature a meditative improvised Raga, meditation, Folk tunes from different parts of the country, followed by a collection of originals, popular bhajans to evoke the spirit of Bhakti and a few surprise pieces that throw the listener into a happy nostalgia.
