This is a FREE community CRAFT to kick off our PAID monthly Farm School series at Bailey Homestead! (Just to not confuse)
We’ll start with a relaxed, welcoming time on the homestead crafting up Hiking sticks @ 10:15-11am... followed by an hour of guided, hands-on learning outdoors!
You’ll get to meet the goats who inspired this whole idea in our front pasture and explore life on the homestead together!
Our first Farm School theme is:
🌾 “The Beginning Homesteader”
(a.k.a. Foundations of Farm Life)
We’ll explore:
-The different types of farms
-The difference between a farm and a homestead
-Basic farm safety and awareness
What it means to learn and grow on a working homestead at Bailey Homestead, we believe in growing both brains and bodies, so we’ll begin with light movement and stretching, then transition into learning, creativity, and outdoor exploration.
This will be a screen-free, curiosity-driven experience focused on:
🌿 meeting new friends
🌿 learning real homestead skills
🌿 creative outdoor play
🌿 safe, small-group connection
