Bags Tournament at Roosevelt Collection Bears Tailgate

About this Event

Details:

• Event attendance and tournament participation are completely free. Food at the tailgate will be available for purchase. You do not need to RSVP if you only plan to attend the tailgate and not to participate in the bags tournament.

• Spaces are limited and will be allocated in order of registration. If spaces fill up please stay up to date on our Instagram to see whether we announce if more spots open up.

• Location: the Rooftop at Roosevelt Collection. Located on the north most end of the Roosevelt Collection plaza. The rooftop is north of the AMC and Nando's, directly on top of the British International School in South Loop.
• Tournament will begin at 10:45am sharp.
• Prize: Authentic Autographed Football of a 2026 Bear's Player
• Your RSVP is accounting for your entire team (both members), you do not need register for each individual player.
• There will be extremely limited spots to register to participate day of, so we recommend registering to participate before the event begins

General Tailgate Details:

The Roosevelt Collection Family Friendly Tailgate will be from 10:30am to 1:30pm. There will be a Live DJ, food (available for purchase), raffle giveaways, lawn games, and an airbrush artist. The event is free to attend and there is 2-hour free garage parking when validated in one of the Roosevelt Collection stores. Rules:

• Any minor participant must be accompanied by an adult.
• Each team will consist of two members.
• Once your game hits the 15 minute mark (subject to change based on amount of participants), the team with the best score wins and moves on to the next round.
• If there is any form of tie or odd number of teams for a round, the referee will monitor a good ole fashion game of rock, paper, scissors to keep the tournament moving.
• We will call your name out and send you a text once it is your teams turn to play. We will give you 2 minutes to respond. If we do not hear back from you, your team will forfit the tournament. Please be sure to make your name and contact information applicable for reaching out on the day of the event.
• Signage for the game rules will be placed around the area. Please be sure to read these rules carefully as individuals play the game differently.
• There will be two referee's monitoring each ongoing game. If there is any arguement or excessive debate with the refree your team will be eliminated from the tournament.
• Referee's will have the final call of any questionable actions or plays.
• Roosevelt Collection Rules and Regulations posted throughout the property always apply. Roosevelt Collection Security always reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the property.
