About this Event
Our breakfast bread class has been so popular that we've decided to add a 'brunch' themed class. We'll take you through a few countries, starting in the USA with delicious bagels, quite different to the stodge you buy in the supermarket, with a journey through the mediterean with an adaptable flatbread, with tasty interlude in the middle for our break time.
It's almost impossible to buy real bagels locally (no, those 'authentic' bagels in the supermarket aren't authentic at all). But there's no need to buy as we'll teach you!
Our beautiful bagels provide the perfect taste, texture and chew. Delicious on their own, or maybe top them with cream cheese and smoked salmon. These are a winner.
Our Asian flatbreads are a real winner too. Soft,filled with herbs and spices they are lovely and simply delicious - perfect for mopping up a curry! Perfect with anything!
As ever, no previous skills are necessary, but we would recommend the beginners class so you know all the basics first.
