In this hands on vegan cooking class you will learn to make your own bagels and 2 schemers and 1 pickleAbout this Event
the bagel is one of the worlds great breads and one of the contributions to world cuisine from Eastern European Jews.
In this hands on class we will be making bagels, 2 schmears (spreads) and 1 pickle and you will be taking dough home to make more bagels at home!
We will learn to mix, knead, shape, boil, top and bake bagels.
In addition we will make a hummus and a beet nut pate to add to the bagels as well as pickled red onions.
